Ironworkers by trade, our family business began in 1940 when our grandfather (Arvo Saari) immigrated from Finland to Minnesota and then traveled the entire country building America.  

 

He eventually settled in West Virginia where he met our grandmother, had a family, and began working with his son (Jon Saari) in 1970 on their first major project together building the Tampa Airport.  84 years later, the third generation is now the CEO (Ryan Saari), and the fourth generation is even beginning to take the trash out.

 

Over the years, we have built, repaired, and demolished some of the largest structures in American history. We continue to operate under the same core values of hard work, honesty, and reliability, providing our customers with safe and smart solutions which solve their problems and make our nation a better place.
